You will have a variety of options for those who want to fly, from a on-time tandem adventure over the beautiful Sierra Nevada Mountains and Lake Tahoe to an introductory training class of glider flying where you will obtain level one certification.

All of our tandem pilots are certified, licensed, and insure with over 50 years of combined tandem hang gliding experience..

A typical day of flying

The day begins with a 20 minute overview of launch and landing procedures. Once airborne, you'll take control and have the ride of your life. A typical glider ride lasts about 30 minutes followed by a short debriefing and cold beverage. Each passenger will receive a 30 day free membership into the USHPA.

The trip includes ground instruction, safety gear, 20 minute tandem ride or 4 hour lesson and refreshments.

Hand glider ride/lesson $270/$17.00 per person

Transportation to and from Grand Sierra Resort is available for $30.00
